Chiming in to offer my own fun thoughts on dirkroxy (positive, dw)

I really like the idea that Roxy discovering his transmasc identity doesn't just lead Dirk to realizing "hey I like this guy" but also to realizing that gender doesn't have to be so rigid like he pushes onto himself
I'm a big fan of Dirk as a nonbinary gay person who becomes comfortable with letting go of a strict identity (the gender one, not his sexuality) and realizing it doesn't have to be so dire and that Roxy is the one who inspires him in these feelings
Roxy, to me, is his best friend
They've known each other for SO long and it endears me to think about what kind of influence they have on each other outside of a strict binary
