I don't agree with the Jack Noir reasoning because of 2 points in the story being that the Green Sun is the sum total of the destruction of 2 universes, and the fact that when Roxy and Dirk are entering the Alpha Session, the Red Miles from Jack Noir's attack appear throughout the world, meaning he did actually attack every single timeline and destroy them all.
