@JakeMorph I will say to be double fair that I don't think if HIC or Sollux used their laser beams on a frog that it would "work", but I still think Jack doing it from the "outside" is important.

Notably, when the Miles do appear in the post-Scratch timeline, there's a comment on how it took them billions of years (or eons? I forget) to reach this Earth through the vast stretch of the frog's gullet. Obviously from Jack's perspective this took like, 3 seconds though. I think the implication there is that the beefed-up Miles' infinite range allows him to destroy the universe, but that infinite range isn't infinite speed, and it would still take an interminably long period of time if Jack had tried doing this on Earth proper.

(Perhaps also of note is that Karkat saw the Miles in the frog as soon as it was made, possibly indicating that the Miles were tearing through the timeline(s) since the Big Bang/Croak, and just took 13.7 billion+413 years to reach Earth)
