I loved Lily's route. PLayed most of the routes but there were a few I didn't get around to. I also played the extra route that the writer of Lily's route did, which was p cool bc it's actually gay! In fact, the writer of Lily's route is now a writer for a yuri visual novel called Tithe of Blood! A few yuri visual novels actually

Anyway learning this game came from 4chan I was like, really really really expecting it to be bad but it honestly handles disability in a really great way, esp with the main character
