1) Absolutely use whatever quirk you want It's Fun
2) Whatever Quirks there are to the way you Type count as Typing Quirks !
If you think about it, basically everybody's got em.
I tend to capitalize words I want to emphasize, and put exclamation points and question marks at the end of a sentence after a space. Even that counts as a quirk !!!
