still kinda working out his whole character but a few reasons why i did things: his typing quirk is a nod to how his sign looks, his land/quest stems from being a rogue. the land runs on windmills and relies on the water running so that the denizens have power and that so crops will grow. as a rogue of breath his quest is to steal back (not sure from who yet haha) the wind and movement and redistribute it so the denizens can live their lives again! this is getting very long already but it was fun to talk about my character :)
