I play on mahjongsoul! it's a gacha game but all of the gacha stuff is cosmetic because idk what else you'd do lol. it has a good tutorial!

mahjong is definitely complicated at a high level but it's honestly shockingly easy to get into. I highly recommend it if you don't mind randomly losing for no fault of your own
