It plays off Rose's colour/flower name but like so much, we only truly know what is just applicable to one character and what applies to the nymphs or "Delta Players" in general by seeing more of them. Another nymph at least. If they're named something like "Clo'va" or "li'lai" it certainly reveals itself rather quickly.
