I’m a really big fan of the Magnus Archives, but I haven’t seen the sequel series yet. Genuinely there’s so much to like about that show and I think more people should give it a chance. Such an interesting way to do anthology content, the individual stories are all pretty great but for different reasons. Some are just genuinely solid horror, and some are like really intriguing scenarios that stick with you before they come back up again later in even more interesting ways (the coffin episode is my favorite).

Once you get in deep enough to start being able to piece together the consistent rules and mechanics of the world it’s just… so fucking good. Never had a magic system so sneakily introduced and set up to me so far before I was even aware of it.
