The only place I can think of that asserted this claim was, ironically, the blog post titled "Vriska did nothing wrong, and here′s why" by Ouroborista, specifically the blog post version:

"Note: some people oppose the phrasing, because it allegedly stems from the antisemitic “H*tler did nothing wrong” meme popular on 4chan. This is false. That particular phrase was first used online in 2011, and instances of the generic “X did nothing wrong” can be found in fandom circles from at least 2006 onwards. Do not cede ground to n*zis."
