Honestly I can't really say, since whilst I can see everything you've pointed out there, a lot of it is sadly, well, indirect or subtle enough that it could be be a coincidence. (This sorta is the problem with trying to be sneaky, sometimes it can sneak past you, or worse it can send the opposite message.)
