Ooh, i've been following Order Of The Stick and Paranatural for a long time, yeah!! can recommend both, though order of the stick is a very old comic at this point that started as a gag-a-day dnd joke comic in like, 2003?? so, be aware of that lol. but imo its genuinely grown into a very compelling story over time (that also happens to have a lot of dnd jokes lol)

paranatural is just fantastic, *incredibly* funny writing and very neat characters! i do miss the old full-comic format sometimes cuz zack morrison is genuinely amazing at visual gags, but i think they handled the transition to partial-prose really well and have carried a lot of that same humor into the writing

oh and i also have to recommend Kill Six Billion Demons! over-the top mythological fantasy...space opera(?) with absolutely fascinating worldbuilding and mythology. the characters and their arcs are fantastic, i love the plot and the themes (lots of ideas about power and agency and cycles of violence and the ways they fuck up the people and societies caught up in them, which is Exactly My Shit), the art...starts a bit rough tbh but gets a lot better and has a lot of *incredibly* good character and creature and location designs. lots of very pretty landscapes and cityscapes and big fight scenes with demons and angels and demiurges cutting airships in half using ridiculous abilities with names like ONE THOUSAND CUBIT SWORD (why yes, it *did* briefly start off as an MSPFA back in the day, how could you tell?) i just. i love it, a whole lot, lmao.
