Could you go to file.garden and check what you see there? It's possible your ISP could be blocking Filegarden. If they are, you could use a DNS to get around it. Like for example 1.1.1.1

The reason why ISP's block Filegarden was because some people uploaded malware to Filegarden a while ago, so ISP's started blocking it, and some refuse to unblock it even when Grant has taken measures to try and stop that from happening again. Grant's hoping that the Filegarden rework can let him convince more ISP's to unblock the website.
