No they did not? It's really strange how many people I've seen come away with this impression given that nowhere, in the tweets, the announcement video or the passive-aggressive PNG do they mention anything about the content of Homestuck being altered, only reuploaded. Them including Huss's commentaries means several things would HAVE to stay the same, since Hussie's commentary on some pages is essentially just "man I was up to some shit saying things like that, wasn't I".
