I do think part of the irritation on this thread comes from the OP being a trans woman, but I'll avoid waxing on about it, since I'd rather not reopen the flaming dumpster fire of how trans people are treated in this fandom... And its long history of harassing transfems entirely out of it...

Is the MSPFA just a general archive, like Ao3? Does it host any work uploaded to it? Is there not, like... An approvals process with checking the works posted? I assumed it functioned more like FRAF, where you have to be approved, is it more of an open site where anyone can post anything? If so, that would change my mind a lot, though I still think the entire review (it's still not a let's play but review is kind of generous, too) is very much a legal bomb waiting to go off. I'd be worried about any site hosting it. But I guess, if it's just a general archive for fanworks, that makes sense. Ao3 has its own legal team for a reason, lol

Anyway thanks for the kind reply and clearing that up! I guess I will get over myself and go poke around the site to form my own opinion, if it's not connected to the rampant harassment campaigns in the fandom.
