In the show, the kids seem to be freely switching between phone calls, texts and Festerchum, rather than just using Pesterchum. There are at least 3 formats for showing conversations: split screen (with dynamic panel lines!), Dave's square text window, Jade's oval bubble. When all four kids are on Pesterchum at the same time, their faces appear in the oval bubbles. Somehow it all works! We don't see all that much written text, but Dave's "turntechGodhead" handle turns up enough for new viewers to start associating it with him.
