Has there been any talk of or attempts to make a Homestuck/mspa wiki that is not attached to fandom.com?
I think this would be important for both preservation (fandom has only been increasingly deleting its wikis over the years) and accessibility and quality.
I know it's a tall order to transfer any wiki, especially one as big as the mspa wiki, but it really does feel like an inevitable necessity, and thankfully the Homestuck community seems quite adept at making their own websites, so it certainly seems more then possible to me.
Supporting this. It's ample time the migration away from Fandom happens.
For people not up to date on everything bad about Fandom (previously Wikia), there's an excellent video summing up the matter quickly with a lot of examples:

Read Alabaster here: https://mspfa.com/?s=236
When I that link, I thought to myself, "is it the mossbag video" and smiled when proven correct lol
Genuinely I was surprised when I did a brief search for a mspa wiki unattached to fandom, as it really felt like something this community would be capable of, but I suppose there's also the matter of getting the ball rolling in the first place.
i would be willing to work on it if it happened
GOD I hope. I hope and pray that there can be a non fandom wiki page, I hate handling it as is with it hosted on fandom
Should we use Miraheze for the new MSPA wiki?
Don't ask why Geno hates Jade Harley.
A miraheze wiki sounds like the ideal direction and the obvious choice.
I just requested the wiki to happen on Miraheze.
Don't ask why Geno hates Jade Harley.
Apologies, I was attempting to express my agreement
there's been talk!! im not sure what will come out of it but ...! there Is talk
* and the universe said I love you because you are love.
the current wiki is kind of poorly organized even outside of being hosted by fandom but its so old i cant blame them.... i'd definitely contribute to a new wiki if one was created, the only reason i don't contribute to the current one is fandomwiki hatred
whether you like it or not, its a part of you now.
