This is a character-writing game I nicked off the FFN forums, who nicked it from somewhere else.
It starts with someone asking you a question. Pick one of your OCs. Name them, but don't describe them. Answer the question as if you are them. The answer can be as long or as short as you like, but stay in character.
Then, finish your post by leaving a new question for the next player. Questions can be deep, trivial or anything in between.
For example:
Q: What's your favourite hobby?
Pythia: I brew my own poisons. You can try some if you like, pal.
(New) Q: What's your greatest regret in life?
...so I might as well leave that as the starting question.
Q: What's your greatest regret in life?
