any hispanic homestucks?

Mexican American here who sucks at Spanish here, I've seen a couple of Hispanic Homestuck fans so I'm sure they're not rare. The Crockerberts being Puerto Rican is pretty cool, I always love seeing hispanic headcanons for homestuck characters.

Also I don't have an opinion on Puerto rican Crockerberts, I always read them as just Americans because they just live in a very ominously non-liminal stereotypical white fence american suburb with no indication of outside culture in the house. I know those environments aren't exclusive to white people but there's little to nothing that reminds me of puerto ricans in my life in there.

All head cannons come from personal experience really. And my experience is distinctly not american, never been there and probably never will, I am in no place to diminish any validity of the head cannon, I'm just like "I don't really see it".

If I'm being honest I don't see much of a point in the importance that is sometimes assigned to heritage, I do see a lot of value in preserving and honoring culture and traditions you came from and or value, but I dont really get it when it just comes down to family or genes

Yea I get that! Even though i brought the Headcanon up it's not something I strictly believe in actually. Because I don't even draw canon fanart so it's not like I'm actually using it rip. I just brought it up to see others' opinions, and that includes yours! I like getting different viewpoints. :]

And yeah I get ur viewpoint abt heritage too. I dont got much to say abt that other than i feel like people can get too prideful abt that they start using that as a tool to bully others and that kinda bothers me a bit rip. I only brought it up in my post though because i wanted to see if there are other ppl like me rip that's all. I hope that makes sense ^^;

hispanic homestuck born and raised in texas (like dave irl). now that i think about it im not really sure if mexican heritage makes me hispanic or latino. never really cared enough to really look into it.

I'm also Puerto Rican! I enjoy little headcanons like Boricua Harlegberts (Taíno Jane is close to my heart because my abuela always reminds me of Nanna Egbert)

I have an entire Caribbeanstuck au and i think my favorite headcanon to come out of it is White Cuban Eridan whose family fled Cuba post-revolution. You know that post that's like 'thats why they were putting your grandaddy in a blender'? That's how i feel about him.
