Concept: Homestuck reader for the Nintendo 3DS family of consoles

I've certainly seen this concept floated around on the internet before but was shocked to find that there is still no way to read Homestuck on a cracked 3DS. Would the dual screen layout not be perfect for scrolling through the text while looking at the images? It would probably take years to develop, but was wondering if anyone out there was serious about or in the process of making HS readable on the console.
