Copying plaintext from elsewhere does weird things to spacing

Or at least I think it does.

If I just press Enter while typing a post on the site, paragraph spacing is fine.

But if I type a post in Notepad or something and copy it, paragraph spacing looks like this.

Not sure if a bug or a feature. Anyway that's why some of my posts look weird.
