I feel like it was an inefficient use based off intent because they wanted to save people but then it got multiple people killed/hospitalized and their not yet moirail snatched up by a Godzilla knockoff, but you could argue that it was efficient in a power way due to the fact that they kicked ass and did super awesome glowy stuff (also hello voorat brethren)
