big fan of june and roxy, vriska goes without saying for me. but i think the june headcanon stuff really re-contextualized the entire comic in a way that made it click even harder for me.

June, Roxy, Vriska, & Kanaya have been favorites of mine since I first joined the fandom. I've really started to adore Transfem Dave this year, I think she's quite lovely. Most Transfem Headcanons really interest me though, as I think it's so interesting to think about many of the characters through that lense. Homestuck is a very transfeminine story.

Roxy is just like, the quintessential trans girl to me. I just can't see her NOT cooking up her own estrogen in fuckin beakers in a lab under the supervision of a carapacian who has significantly less knowledge on safety measures than she does but is acting like it doesn't.
Calliope is my number 1 and I support her in her transition goals and I cannot believe how much her dysphoria narrative was SLEPT ON in postcanon. I do really relate with Roxy on a lot of things too, so it's easy for me to imagine, idk, Alpha Rose divining her daughter's needs and leaving a lifetime supply full of blue pills next to the Gamecube games.
(Honestly? It kind of works for Rose too--all of Mom Lalonde's pushing overly feminine things on her out of the world's drunkest oversupportiveness.)
