Hello Fruity Rumpus! I have a 2500 word research paper due for my English 102 class. I have decided I want to write my paper about Homestuck, but I'm not quite sure what specific area of Homestuck I should target with my paper. I am allowed to pick whatever I want, the paper just has to relate to one of the following topics.
- Shadow-Self
- The Hero's Journey
- Postmodernism
- The Uncanny
Examples of ideas I've had are Dirk & Hal in regards to The Uncanny, as well as Dirk & Bro in regards to the Shadow-Self. However, Dirk is not even my favorite character LOL.
Would appreciate ideas that center around the beta kids, the alpha kids, karkat, or vriska. I am particularly interested in topics that center around June, Dave, or Karkat. However, you are free to share ideas outside of this as it may help me regardless :)
