Hiveswap ships/ship names

tbh hvswp/fs ships have kinda been free for all cos the fandom is pretty small so ppl just kinda ship and do whatever they want XD I think the obv popular ones are the heavily implied canon ones like stelsa/tyzias (stelzias,lawsbians), galekh/tagora (galora), elwurd/bronya (bronwurd), folykl/kuprum (folykup), konyyl/azdaja (kondaja)... idk if i'm forgetting any other canon ones LOL

i rmmbr charun/cirava (vaporworm) (fan of this one tbh) used to be semi-popular back in 2018. There's a lot of crackship pairings for hvswp cos a lot of their interactions (as far as we've seen) have been pretty limited LMAO.

i have a crackship agenda for Elwurd/Lynera (lynwurd), Skylla/Ardata (skyllata), and Chixie/Remele (remixie) BUT NO ONE HAS OPENED THEIR EYES YET.......

I never thought about Skylla/Ardata. I’m gonna be considering this for a week.

@kimquatz I guessed as much because the characters are so scattered across space, most of them haven't had the chance to interact one on one canonically, but I'd like to browse 'em fanarts! 👀 (and tag stuff appropriately if I get to drawing shippy stuff)

In the Friendsim games, they elaborate on a few characters' relationships! In Galekh's route, he's been trying to figure out methods to piss off his kismesis which is revealed at the end to be Tagora. In Elwurd's route, it's revealed that her and Bronya were exes (unsure which quadrant, but kinda implied to be blackrom?), but Elwurd is in denial about having any lingering feelings for Bronya. So take that as you will!

Holy shit those are so awesome. I love Ardata and I think there's a lot of really interesting dynamics that can be explored with her (honestly I feel this about a lot of the Hiveswap cast) so I love shaking crackships around in my head. Rarijack coded is really funny I'm imagining Ardata trying to ride a horse/hoofbeast now and failing miserably.

I should really catch up with Friendsim, huh!

I gotta admit I'm usually into canon ships, meaning, not necessarily canon, but with some degree of canonical interaction/ thematic connection. That being said, I saw a galora fanart on Tumblr and instantly pictured either Tegiri or Zebruh in the middle... World's worst male loneliness epidemic warrior fail romance club... And now I'm actually pretty invested in that scenario, so I guess that's how crackships are born!

And I saw Tyzias x Daraya and went... Huh!!! 👀 (darazias? Tyzaya?? Something else entirely???)

Re: Skylatta, though... I love characters who are collected/evil with literally everyone and then someone with morals (hashtag "morals") comes along like "that's me unhinged wife who kills people for fun, look how well behaved she is around me! :D"

there's actually a little bit of interaction between Tyzias and Daraya in the Friendsims too if you want more food for thought for that! :-)

for skyllata, the idea in my head basically plays out like a city girl meets country girl hallmark movie XD i'd get into more details but i don't wanna spam, but just know i think it's funny, sweet, n cute AHAHA

ive seen some people ship chixie and elwurd because of their interactions in chap 2, i see people call it weedmusic! i think elixr could be cool too :P

personally, I'm a big fan of folsti (Folykl/Marsti). Got a whole account dedicated to them.

as for my other ships, i'd say theyre mostly rarepairs. consider Mardata (Marsti/Ardata), Vikrum (Vikare/Kuprum), Rodeo Clown or Skyhut (Skylla/Chahut), Remhut (Remele/Chahut), Remraya (Remele/Daraya), Meowrails^2 (Konyyl/Nihkee), Remkee (Remele/Nihkee) and Marvfoz (Marvus/Fozzer). and yes, theyre mostly yuri because i like girls.

I could list even more ships I like but these are just my personal favorites here. I was heavily hyperfixated into hiveswap last year so I grew to like a bunch of characters and ships. kind of a shame the community dedicated to this spin-off series isn't all that big nowadays.

Jude Harley x Dammek has a couple names, but I think the most popular right now is Judemek! Of course there is Damjude (DAMN JUDE), and simply, "Dude". But if we're talking about creative names, I think candy apple / caramel apple works for them.
