Upload the gif to a file hosting service (file.garden is my recommendation for this) and use the insert image to add the gif to your post.

the same way you post any image, nothing special about it. upload the gif to a site like imgbox or filegarden and copypaste the direct link (the one ending with the image filetype) into the url box of the insert image thing
