How do you get the little "FRAF creator" thingy on your profile?

So I'm part of VOFT (specifically I am the editor for the epilogues dub), which is a part of FRAF, and I was wondering how I get the little "fraf creator" thingy on my profile? do I just ask? do i have to verify myself somehow? does my contributions to VOFT even make me count as a frafwork creator?
