How often is the support email checked?

I wrote to it on the 18th and have yet to get a reply back. it's understandable to have longer reply times on forums this size, but I'm wondering about how long other users have had to wait. basically what I'm saying is that if you've sent something to the support email address, post your experiences in this thread, I'd love to hear it.

and also, if a staff member is reading this, could you pretty please check the inbox? its sort of important...
