How would a hypothetical session of Sburb featuring your favorite fandom go?

i've been needing an excuse to put this somewhere on the internet, so thanks for the opportunity! ^_^ i've always wondered how a SBURB session would go with the cast of Red Vs Blue considering they're not very...apt at anything besides fighting and talking LOL

RED TEAM:

Sarge: Prince of Time - Derse Dreamer

Donut: Rouge of Blood - Prospit Dreamer

Simmons: Mage of Light - Derse Dreamer

Grif: Heir of Space - Prospit Dreamer

BLUES:

Church: Thief of Rage - Derse Dreamer

Tucker: Page of Heart - Derse Dreamer

Caboose: Knight of Breath - Prospit Dreamer

Kaikaina: Witch of Hope - Prospit Dreamer

Doc and O'Malley are the cherubs! Doc (Life) representing the good and O'Malley (Doom) representing the evil and Lopez takes the role of Hal. the Freelancers are trolls, but it'd make this post waaaaay to long to list out what I think all of their blood colors are. the new republic soldiers are the equivalent of the alpha/B2 kids

Simmons is the only one actually trying to figure out how the game works so he can cheat and rank up faster than everyone else, the others are attempting to guess and brute force their way through it - Sarge and Grif are forced to work together at Simmons insistence. i think their session is pretty done for, considering Grif and Sarge's inability to get along + Grif would rush the frog breeding process and fuck it up. Donut progresses along pretty nicely and works with Simmons. Similar to the trolls - they're in competition with the "other team" even though they all reside in the same session.

Caboose, somehow is the first to God Tier, probably because he's the only one who wouldn't overthink it, all of them definitely either do not speak to their denizen or try killing them.(sarge finds a way, somehow...) Church and Tucker are intrigued by the idea of leveling up and end up turning it into a rivalry amongst themselves - Kai & Donut have a blast alchemizing stuff. the actual "big bads" of their session are the agents of chrovos :P

now i wanna go write pesterlogs for all of them...

one time I drew all the Limbus Company sinners with classpects considering there's 12 of them which fits very well, some of them are stretches also I made it before Canto 8 came out shrugs

I feel like they would struggle lots but in my theoretical AU I will never write, Dante, Charon, and Vergilius are like exiles and they help from behind the scenes. I do have their lunar sway but it's just based on the team they were on in Hell's Chicken (Gregor's team is Derse and Ryoshu's is Prospit) which like makes sense cuz that's how it worked for the trolls where it was just based on if they were blue team or red team. Also it's easy and some of these are stretches already I don't wanna think about lunar sway and fitting them into two equal teams when they did that for me already.

I have two fandoms with very low notoriety that I ADORE: DragonFable (2006 browser based flash RPG by the same people who made AdventureQuest) and PKNA ("PaperiniK Nuove Avventure", an Italian comic series about Donald Duck's superhero identity Paperinik, notably including his long time fight against an alien threat from the planet Evron). I've thought about a session involving the four most important characters:

From left to right:

1. Paperinik (PK), the secret superhero identity of Donald Duck. He faces countless challenges over the course of the series, and grows with each one - Page of Hope, Prosbit Dreamer

2. Lyla Lay, a droid with human(duck?)-like intelligence from the 23rd century, undercover in the 20th century on behalf of the Time Police to report chrono criminals (I'm not making this up, this was an official Disney publication) - Heir of Heart, Derse Dreamer

3. One (or Uno in Italian), an advanced artificial intelligence created by the mysterious billionaire inventor Everett Ducklair. He plays a major part of almost every story and is PK's primary ally, supplying him with high-tech weapons and gadgets as well as guidance and advice - Seer of Space, Prosbit Dreamer

4. Xadhoom, formerly called Doctor Xado on her home planet Xerba, where she was the leader of the scientific society before the Evronians invaded the planet. She survived because she happened to be on a trip to Xerba's sun, where she performed an experiment that turned her into a thermonuclear superbeing. She's sworn to use her powers to exterminate the Evronians, and took the name "Xadhoom" which means "creditor", because she wants payback - Witch of Light, Derse Dreamer

They'd have a very good chance of a successful session. They're all great at teamwork, One is the perfect coordinator, and Xadhoom already has First Guardian-level powers. The biggest obstacle is that Paperinik would be unwilling to let the Reckoning destroy the Earth. He would probably insist on trying to save everyone, and would get a bunch of other people involved to try and stop the apocalypse. The whole thing would involve a ton more characters and locations outside the game than most sessions.

Oh dear lord - Doctor Who! How about an all-Gallifreyan roster? (None of them get to be Lord of Time, and they're not happy about it.)

Blue Team:

The Doctor: Knight of Time

Romana: Heir of Mind

Red Team:

The Master: Prince of Space

The Rani: Witch of Life

Utter mayhem ensues but they win anyway, with the help of blatant cheating. Romana and the Rani get on quite well to start with as they're both total nerds, but come to blows over ethical matters. Near the end, the Doctor and Master have to stop fighting each other and make an alliance. They shake on it, but the Master inevitably tries to betray him at the last moment, only to find himself trapped outside the Universe on a rapidly-disintegrating asteroid as the credits roll.

Putting the original ten Kamen Riders (Ichigo, Nigo, V3, Riderman, X, Amazon, Stronger (and Tackle), Skyrider, Super-1, and ZX) into Homestuck I think would end with the Great Leader getting prototyped and acting as the Mega Cancer that Bec Noir represented. I will not classpect the Riders at this time, however I WILL say they would likely be able to, at least, do all their land quests and the smarter ones (particularly Ichigo) will be able to alchemize the Genesis Frog and make a new universe.

I've thought about this specifically with Genshin because I am a huge Genshin Impact fan lol. I think it really depends on which nation has to do the Sburb session, and there are already a lot of characters so I've just broken it down nation by nation instead of character by character.

Mondstadt: They would be able to finish the game, but they'd have a lot of curveballs just like the Alpha kids had. I definitely think they'd have to Scratch their session and have a complete do-over at some point just because of the many curveballs being thrown their way. They'd all have pretty "mid" Classpects too which would make it a little harder on them to actually get things done but I think at the end of the day they'd come together to do it.

Liyue: They would speedrun this entire joint, there's no doubt in my mind that Ningguang would do everything in her power to get to the end of it as soon as possible and with everything intact. She'd be the de facto leader, and I just can't see her being outsmarted in any capacity by the big bad of their session, so it'd be a straight shot to the end. I also think they'd have pretty weak Classpects so it'd make doing this more difficult, but they have had way worse odds before.

Inazuma: They're not winning without someone else coming in to sort of help them along. I think Ei would be too OP like she'd have an incredibly busted Classpect compared to everyone else, so they'd all have to rely on her or something. I can also see a lot of them missing steps and not really getting parts of their session done that would result in it being doomed in some way, which is why they'd have to either get someone to help or intervene. There would be a LOT of dead Inazuman's by the end of it as well, so they'd be playing on just the max difficulty. Their only saving grace would be having a lot of good Classpects on their side and having characters who really mastered their Aspect during the game.

Sumeru: They would not win, full stop, I love the Sumeru cast but they'd be too busy arguing and fighting to like get it together in the end lol. There's just too much tension in the group that I can see them splintering off and trying different strategies. None of them would want a leader at all, or they'd all have different ideas of who should BE the leader. It would be solely up to Nahida to get them out of this alive, and if something happens to her I definitely think they're just cooked. And it is very easy for something to happen to Nahida T_T

Fontaine: They would be playing this game with blinders on, it'd be similar to the Mondstadt run but they'd have a lot of mysteries to solve to get to the end of this which would require teamwork and stuff. I can see them working together for this though because its for Fontaine and they'd want to save Fontaine by any means necessary. Furina would be having a major anxiety attack the whole time though, I cannot imagine her Godtiering and realizing that means she's like a "REAL" Archon now lmao.

Natlan: They're playing on Max difficulty and someone put something incredibly fucking horrifying into a sprite meaning each day would be a new doomsday after next. They'd have weak Classpects but I think they'd get through it because people from Natlan are just built different. There would be a lot terrible things happening in their session that seem like pure bad luck meant to tip the odds against them even more. Mavuika's got that, though. Like they're genuinely just built different so they'd be able to do it like it was nothing.

Nod Krai hasn't come out yet and neither has Scezhnaya so I can't say how those nations would work in a Sburb session.

Originally I was gonna try to Classpect some of the Brutal Orchestra characters before realizing that it would. Not go well, at all. And since someone's already classpected the Limbus sinners... I decided to do some Scarlet Hollow characters.

Tabitha Scarlet - Maid of Blood. She perfectly encapsulates what blood can be, in... All of the wrong ways. She's tied to her family's coal mine due to her mother, let alone the fact that she's tied to the Scarlet family within everything. It's dictated her entire life. She simply couldn't imagine a life where she WASN'T a Scarlet. She has a prickly exterior due to this, but she... does care for those she sees as close friends, despite that. The (few) bonds she does have, even when strained... She's able to reach out and reconnect well, even if it takes a bit of effort.

Stella Richmond - Knight of Breath. Stella is, on the surface, extremely carefree. She hunts Cryptids and posts the footage for a living. She takes great care of her dog Gretchen. She's extremely outgoing, trying to make friends with almost anyone she meets. Hell, she even managed to make friends with Tabitha as a child. The issue here isn't that the friendships are shallow or anything, but it's that for the most part she... Struggles with fully connecting, and with fully letting go. She never let go of her Parents' death fully, to the point where when she learned ghosts were real she spent a whole day sitting at the spot they died, only for them to... never show up. She doesn't tell others when she's fully feeling down, either.

Kaneeka Forsyth - Seer of Hope. Kaneeka's classpect was a bit... harder. Mostly due to the fact that one of the game's main themes is family, familial ties and the like so... everyone's just a bit blood coded. Kaneeka herself, aside from the fact she's been stuck in Scarlet Hollow since her Dad died, is skeptical of the supernatural. Yet despite that, she... still wants to believe in magic. She loves Magical Girl media, Digimon too. She even says she wants to "get isekai'd" out of Scarlet Hollow. She tried to transform into a Sailor Scout while she was younger, for crying out loud. She went into college and was an honors student, about to graduate to be a veterinarian before her Dad's death. She has a Grudge against Tabitha, due to her being a Scarlet and her mother having tried to buy out the family shop from her father multiple times. (Unrelated to any of the reasonings, but she's also an Aquarius so. Funny coincidences, right?)

Reese Kelly - Heir of Doom. Reese is... an impossible baby. Quite literally. His mother hadn't been seeing anyone when she got pregnant, only having romantic dreams. He loves horror films, and draws to get his emotions out. He's extremely apologetic to people, and can be slightly overprotective. However he... also isn't fully human. When stressed or agitated enough (or when feeling intense euphoria or relief. Presumably extremely intense emotions, and there's a 99% chance he has BPD.) He transforms into a more monstrous form. Fangs, claws, a tail, and his paintings can come to life. He also has extreme regeneration. His mother fed him Ricin to keep the transformation at bay, but it caused him to be extremely sick, low energy, and appear outwardly terminally ill. His whole life is... Doom-y, ever since he first outwardly transformed. Pulled out of school, not allowed to socialize... He's barely allowed to be a person. He also came to accept his death due to his "illness."

I. Accidentally replied early. Totally. 100%.
Their session would be. A doomed mess, frankly. They'd all probably manage to reconcile, but with no time or space player there... isn't much they can actually do. Unless if through the power of hope and doom they find a way to deus ex machina a way to beat the ending (which... I mean it's sburb bullshit happens all the time.) they are just fully doomed.

tbh i think a session with the RWBY characters would go pretty well.

im not classpecting team jnpr because i simply dont want to. do you have any idea how long team rwby took me and i Know their characters in and out, jnpr not so much. oops!

ruby, despite taking on a leadership role almost as soon as the game begins, would be last to godtier, leading to self-doubt in her own heart. it is only when she finds herself at the rock bottom, the most devoid of hope- her very aspect- that she finds it for herself again, after so long giving it to others and leading with just her own dwindling reserves.

yang would be first to godtier as she finds the best ways to use her rage to her advantage without boiling over, in conjunction with her figuring out her semblance in volume 4. learning to control her rage enough to forgive blake for obscuring the truth and running from the others is important to their arc, and an important step towards yang godtiering.

blake godtiers after yang. adam would probably have to be involved and would have to be defeated similarly to canon (if it's relevant i think adam would be a heart player, with a class that frames it negatively. thief of heart might be vile). as yang forgives her, and she defeats adam with the backup of the friends she once lied and ran from to protect, she learns to accept her aspect.

weiss is third to godtier. i imagine it'd have to be caused by an event inline with the fall of atlas, but i'm not sure how to convert that into a homestuck-flavored event. finding her own freedom and breaking free from her father's abuse and control would be key, regardless. once she learns to become comfortable with who she's established herself as while she's outside of jacques' influence, she would understand freedom better than anyone, and likely would be able to godtier easily.

i think their session would be successful. i believe salem would be a bec noir type of hindrance to their session. by succeeding in creating and evacuating to a new world, they force her to be left behind in the old one, now destroyed.
