How would you adapt the Epilogues?

The change in media format for the Epilogues is one of its defining artistic features. Vivid imagery is instead accomplished through prose, its canvas the mind's eye. And so it invites adaptation, to capture the subjectivity that it suggests.
There's been straightforward attempts at adaptation. VOFT is almost wrapped with the Let's Read Epilogues, and we could see a full set of illustrations made for it sooner rather than later.
So, if you were to adapt the story of the Epilogues, where would you take it? What artistic liberties, in specific scenes or broader structure, would you take to show the work's character in a new format?

One idea that I've been bouncing around is framing Meat as John's dreams in Candy as the world starts to feel less and less real, allowing both paths to run simultaneously. "Dreaming in anime" might instead adopt the trappings of film and be abruptly ended by a narrator saying "Cut."
Using visuals as a way to foreshadow/include later developments would be clever. Jade could have her lock screen show Yiffy, even without showing her live. John's closet could hang on to Roxy's old dresses - not doing anything with them, 'cause that'd be unpacking the repression ahead of schedule, but just do some environmental storytelling.
