Basically the title idk where to even really begin with making my own besides just posting panels or whatever. I also don't think i'd like to draw in the traditional Homestuck style T_T and would want it to be like a comic but idk how people animate the panels and stuff.
animation and the mspa style are def not necessary, if you have a basic idea id recommend just starting it in the forumventures and working off user submissions, taking over if you see a path to a story you want to tell. If you would like to do animations, i do have some tips on basic gifs
The MSPFA community has a bunch of really great resources if you're looking into making an adventure of your own. So many in fact that it's hard to know where to point you to start without more specifics on what you're looking for assistance with. There's a list of companion guides on the MSPFA Discord, most of which can also be found at (https://mspfa.com/?s=64280&p=1) as well.
Yeah, the mspfa discord has been really helpful for me, as has the Workshop channel in the autopraxis discord

I dont think itd hurt to check out "how to write/plan comics" videos and resources. Learn how to pencil thumbnails, scave off burnout, things like that.
Scratch (I'd suggest turbowarp specifically as you can export it to html5) is a really simple way to make animations in my experience. (Haven't made anything too complex though, but still pretty decent.)
Slight spoilers for the adventure if you look at them but here's a few examples:

There's the added benefit also of it being a full block-based coding platform, so you can if you want make "flash games" with it
