I think there's a mirror that exists on mspfa for homestuck, which might be formatted with mobile in mind? I don't know though, I mainly read mspfa on my computer (it just feels better on computer imho). But! It is a way to read homestuck, esp with how the website is broken (due to no fault of the current team).
