it's really shocking to me how like. not a SOUL I have spoken to remembers the homestuck flash mmo. like one person at promstuck had played it but other than that it like. disappeared into the ether. there's like two screenshots of it. it might be because it was only around during like. the first third of act 5??

Have you checked Flashpoint or asked around in there?
I'm 95% sure that's fake screenshot. It's technically possible to make a flash MMO but it would be a pretty big project, and I've never heard of it. If OP isn't the creator of the screenshot, they might be mistaking it with SBURB Burgundy, which did exist and had similar features.
It looks a lot like screenshots I've seen of the Genesis Project. It's an attempt at making a playable Sburb game - last I heard, it's nowhere near finished, but they released a very incomplete version where you can play some pre-entry shenanigans as "early access" on Steam a couple of years ago. while this is entirely unfamiliar to me, it would be such a great thing to exist, i love these kinda games and a Homestuck one would be so fun!
