freaking out over stuff all the time can put a lot of stress on your body and mind, I really do think it is best to try to keep a level head. Personally I have a rule that I will never send or post anything when I am very stressed out/upset, because chances are i will say something stupid. taking a break from fandom drama is vital to everyones health!
