obviously we all like mspa and their associated works/fanworks, but what other totally different type webcomics do y'all like??
i like public u art club but it has only updated once this whole year </3
just read our permanent vacation and enjoyed that! i really like the art style and the MCs bounce off each other so well
i'm also lookin at crawfishcomic. that one doesn't rly have a connected story but that's ok
drop-out by gray folie is really cool. i also like checking into el goonish shive every once in a while
"Lalonde" - Even her name sounds like a wine brand.
i really love twokinds by thomas fischbach!
it really captured my attention to the point where ive reread 10 different times and written about the characters, i also just love anything that includes anthro animal characters. its also been running since 2003 and next month it will be 22 years old :3!

i've read a wholllle bunch of old shitty video game sprite comics and a lot of them are actually KIND OF endearing. Especially Tales of the Cave, a Cave Story sprite comic that not only references Problem Sleuth a couple times but predated Homestuck by mere months (unfortunately, the entire second half of the comic is lost media :( ). Otherwise, I'll suggest three:
Breaking Cat News (yes, seriously, it's phenomenal)
3D Workers Island (it counts shut up)
XKCD (boring answer I know but is good)
Secret fourth suggestion: Living With A Monster
hello fellow OPV fan
i like Preeny Has To Repeat 6th Grade it got its own website so ican reccomend it to people now without making them go to tapas dot com (https://www.preenycomic.com/comic/000/)
here are a few i find cool
bob and george (https://www.bobandgeorge.com/) - i don't even think i need to elaborate on this one, one of the first influential sprite comics on the internet, kinda influenced my writing when i read through it about a year ago (maybe a bit too late to do so? eh, whatever)
powerup comics! (https://www.theduckwebcomics.com/Powerup_Comics/4946728/) - parody of the two gamers on a couch trope that penny arcade and ctrl+alt+del kinda popularized (and sweet bro and hella jeff inherited, if not for a small moment) made to troll the duck website
gamer dilbert (https://www.theduckwebcomics.com/Gamer_Dilbert/5636111/) - as i'm on the topic, this one's also made by the powerup comics guy, basically continuing to be a parody of gamer webcomics... and also dilbert? i guess? fuck scott adams, by the way
8-bit theater (https://www.nuklearpower.com/2001/03/02/episode-001-were-going-where/) - i actually haven't read this one but i heard it's really good, also a very influential sprite comic
homestar runner (https://homestarrunner.com/) - this one doesn't even count (it's a web animation series) but when else am i gonna get an opportunity to bring up HSR? i mean you could treat it as a webcomic if you count the stinkoman sprite comic maker flash game or the sbemail on the topic of webcomics

Recently Ive been trying to getthrough order of the stick (again) and kill 6 billion demons. Its been going good! Recently Ive been trying to reach out more into physical comics instead of digital comics, so thats all I really have going on when it comes to what webcomics Im actively reading.
shoutout to awful hospital by bogleech. i haven't really caught up on it but it was really fucking cool. i love women.
I will never stop recommending beneViolent, fancherubs ftw
When the beat drops I'm going to fucking kill myself
Cate Wurtz (lamezone.net
) was my introduction to webcomix when I was 14, and her work is super awesome. her style is this weird but beautifully executed mix of traditional and digital art alongside image manipulation and a bunch of other cool shit.
Crow Cillers is her magnum opus, but the earlier stuff like smokes and Asscastle is super fun too.
Cate's work tends to dwell into very dark and mature topics tho, so I can't recommend it to EVERYONE, but some people might like it :P~
THIS IS NOT A SIGNATURE
Oh my goodness these stole my time away. In particular "bob and george", "8-bit theater", "lamezone.net", and "crawfishcomic" stole the lions share of those time units. "Homestar Runner" is a classic which has already been mentioned by kurosurintomasu.
RE: catbotanic: "Twokinds" kinda made me do a double take since I saw it and immediately felt like I recognized the art style, but not the comic. Turns out I've been looking at Twokinds colorless sketches without realizing they were a part of a greater whole all along. I always thought it was just some universe that they were in that the artist created for their characters to "live" in. I had no idea that there was an actual plot and actual comic tied to it! But it looks cool. Thanks for pointing this one out.
And ooooh glitter bombs I probably have too many of my own recommendations; I'm really going to have to stretch my brain to remember some of these: "Prequel" [www.prequeladventure.com] (a classic), Sabrina Online [www.sabrina-online.com] (a more slice-of-life sort of dealy), Anon's Pie Adventure [https://pencilsponyforge.tumblr.com/tagged/apa/chrono] (good if you're an MLP FiM fan but also good without that qualification; Note: a little bit suggestive but nothing explicit. Note2: Unfinished, but still good.), Apricot Cookie(s) [https://apricotcookies.net/] (it has nice, decent pacing; it also doesn't take itself too seriously), One Punch Man (Just realized this is a real bona-fide comic, not a webcomic specifically), and Aoniya & Kaneinu's public bathhouse diary 1-4 (Good fun comic. Note: Maybe +18 in some spaces but that never is really the focus; it's just that they are literally in a bathhouse so that tends to just be how it is even without sexual connotations.).
These are the only ones I can recall despite knowing I've read more. Arg now it's going to bother me trying to remember all the ones I can't remember. Bluh. I guess I might post here again if I remember any.
Oh yeah there's also "Paranatural" [https://www.paranatural.net/] (another fun one).
