Hello everyone! Ender here.
First off, I just want to extend a massive, massive thank you to everyone who came to Promstuck, preordered merchandise (we're getting to you soon dw!), watched the livestream, or just supported from the sidelines. The event was a huge success and we could not have done it without your enthusiasm and excitement. We are all very tired and have been SLEEPING over these last few days LMAO but it was absolutely 10000% worth all of the stress and sleepless nights. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
I wanted to make this sort of "official" Promstuck thread to catalogue some of the work we did on this thing, to share it all with you now that it's over!!

(We're trying to collect nice photos of everything- we were so busy staffing and couldn't take many photos ourselves so these folders may be filled up a little later too!)
First, we had our wonderful standees! I drew Dirk, Nikky @gr1mv4d3r drew Jade and Nepeta, Magnus @ambitious.creator drew Tavros, and Gob drew our split Sollux! We are unfortunately NOT auctioning them off (soooorry...) because we love them so much and decided to keep them. Tee hee!

We also had a little brochure booklet thingy for all attendees, with our schedule, map, and activities within it! I designed this guy pretty much entirely on my own, and I'm very proud of it, because I'm usually not so good at graphic design!! Contrary to what many family members believe, illustration and graphic design are actually... two very different... skillsets... no i am not making a logo for you....

If you couldn't attend the event itself, we streamed all of the performances and the cosplay contest live on the Promstuck YouTube channel! That stream was managed by Robin and Vivian (who also managed our sound in general), and I cannot thank them enough!! I made some silly little stream assets to make it look #cutesy, so here are those as well! Plus the absurdly big gifs. The Dress for the Empress (credit to VOFT Dubs!) gif is 50 MB. How? I don't know. I don't know, okay. i dont know how that happened.

We also made a metric fuck ton of decorations for the event ourselves, besides the printed standees! The BOMB ASS throne, the banners and their stands (minus the big stage banner- thank you Visguard for letting us borrow it!), the Can Town backdrop, and the big Mayor plush were all made by staff, hunched over the floor and our dining tables and our garages. I screamed out loud when I saw the finished throne. It's so cool. It's SO cool. We worked incredibly hard on them and most of them weren't visible on the stream, so please check em out and. idk. admire them!!!!

We had quite a few interactive activities as well, such as the Can Town drawing pads, the doodle table, and the kandi table. Here are some photos of the final contributions!! Thank you for all of your doodles and drawings!!

Thank you, thank you, one million thank you's to every member of staff, every volunteer staff member who came to help out, my momma for handling the food department, and my girlfriend's dad for bringing half the sound equipment and mixing the whole time! Thank you to all of you for attending, watching, and supporting! You made this event incredible!!
