Random ramble,,question,, thing

this might sound kinda weird and I'm so sorry if it is that's NOT what I'm intending.

do y'all ever think way too much about people you randomly interact with..?? like I've always done this but what I mean is like when you interact with someone online many many times but never like personally having a conversation you just keep like virtually bumping into each other? gog I felt like that came off really badly I have no clue how to word things sometimes.

anyway I'm like "Wow, I wonder what ____ is doing RIGHT NOW AS I THINK THIS.." but then I had the thought of "oh my god what if people think that about ME??? what if someone thinks I'm shitting or something rn.."
