I'll start.

Tuna snadwich (pronounced as it's spelled)

1 tablespoon mayo

eyeball spicy mustard

hot sauce of your choice (eyeball it again)

tablespoon sweet relish

dash of pepper

dash of onion powder

dash of garlic powder

chives to taste

MIX

1 can tuna

MIX AGAIN

Spread on toast or bread. Tastes pretty good in a panini press or a pan too.
