I always really liked this artists animatics of the comic, particularly the Dirk and Lil Hal confrontation scene because they used the VA's from the Lets Read Homestuck dub

also I mostly like kylemarshiku's "homestuck is good, actually", though I disagree with his conclusions abt epilogues jade (that being that she works better as intersex rep than trans rep) as someone who has talked a few times here abt what she means to me as a trans woman

Digital Dream Club's singular video on Homestuck is, for my money, the best analysis/retrospective type video on what Homestuck meant culturally and emotionally. I'm maybe biased because I'm lucky enough to call Sam a friend, but he's a big inspiration to me in the sense that if/when I release videos again, I want to aim to put something that meaningful and moving out there.

i feel like the fact that everything we see inside of homestuck exists inside a (theoretically infinitely expanding) game program is such an underrated piece of the lore. like there's so much other shit going on that people don't even stop to grapple with the fact that ~ATH can only work bc it's interacting with the universe's code. like that's crazy!!!
