This is a thread for recreating Homestuck characters in various TTRPG systems.
Here are two games to start with, to keep it simple:
-Fabula Ultima: Rules light game based on JRPGs, where your attributes are represented by die. Death is unlikely and only can happen in certain situations.
-Wild Talents 2nd Edition: Crunchy super hero game, uses One Roll Engine so things can get very fast and lethal. Has a point-based character creation system.
If you are not familiar with either of these games, feel free to recreate the character with a different system. I just selected these two since they are very flexible in terms of setting and character builds.
Also feel free to make an AU version of the character in the setting of the RPG, since I feel that a part of the fun isn't just trying to make the character, but rather adapting them into a different world while still keeping the character true to their essence.
For an example, I will start with replicating the Felt Member Itchy in Wild Talents 2nd Edition:
Itchy (95 points)
Archetype (5 points)
Source: Alien
Permissions: Power Theme (Speed Powers)
Intrinsics: None
Stats (50 points)
Body: 2d (Going from what we see, he isn't particularly strong, but he isn't weak either)
Coordination: 1d (Despite his super speed, he is kind of a klutz)
Sense: 1d (Didn't see that leg coming, did he?)
Mind: 2d (Not exactly the smartest, but not particularly incompetent)
Charm: 2d (Could be higher or lower, but will we ever find out? Probably not!)
Command: 2d (I don't think Itchy is any more mentally resilient than a regular person.)
Base Will: 4 (Command + Charm)
Willpower: 4
Loyalty: The Felt (2)
Passion: Messing Around with People (2)
Skills (16 points)
Knowledge (Poker): 2d
Melee Weapon (Baseball Bat): 2d
Ranged Weapon (Pistol): 2d
Stealth: 3d
Powers (24 points)
Multiple Actions 5hd (20 points)
Qualities: U.
Useful (more actions) Extras and Flaws: Duration +2, Self Only –3. Capacities: Self.
Useful (noncombat) Extras and Flaws: Duration +2, Self Only –3. Capacities: Self.
Effect: You can move so fast that all actions, even multiple actions, are easy. When you activate your Multiple Actions power, it gives you its width in bonus dice which you can use on any action. The bonus dice are available for the power’s duration, but once you use them you must activate the power again to gain more.
If you don’t actually declare multiple actions in a roll, you still get the bonus dice; being so fast makes it that much easier when you concentrate on a single task.
Outside combat, your power reduces any action’s time increment by its width in steps. If an action normally takes hours, with Multiple Actions width 2 it takes minutes; if it normally takes minutes, with a successful Multiple Actions roll it takes a single round.
Cost per die: 2
Quick Move 4d (4 points)
Qualities: U.
Useful Extras and Flaws: Attached to Multiple Actions -2, Booster + 1. Capacities: Speed.
Effect: You can move incredibly fast, able to cover two hundred yards in a couple of seconds, while under the effects of Multiple Actions.
Cost per die: 1
If you feel this is an inaccurate take on the character or I am getting something wrong, feel free to correct my errors.

The Real Homestuck?
That's the friends we made along the way!

Fair enough-including game specifically attempting to emulate Homestuck is a good idea, rather than just trying to force the weird house-shaped peg into the round hole that is a completely different system.
I admit that I am trying to focus on games with systems that are lesser-known, at least relative to D&D. Of course, Fabula Ultima isn't exactly that obscure-I'm sure more than a few people here have at least heard about it, if not played the game.
Diamonds Droog (200 points)
Archetype: Diamond Sharp Agent (5 points)
Source: Alien
Permissions: Hypertrained (5 points)
Intrinsic: None
Stats (107)
Body: 2d (Brain over brawn, but has enough to be fine.)
Coordination: 3d (Sharp reflexes for a sharp mind)
Senses: 4d (Has an uncanny knack for knowing when things are afoot.)
Intelligence: 5d (Never forgets the small details.)
Charm: 2d (Not exactly Droog's strong suit, but works well enough.)
Command: 3d (Able to operate under stress well enough.)
Base Will: 9 (12 points)
Willpower: 9
Passion: Grey Ladies (2)
Loyalty: The Midnight Crew (3)
Skills (70)
Athletics: 3d (5d)
Brawling: 2d (4d)
Dodge: 2d (5d)
Knowledge (Time-Shenanigans): 2d (7d)
Interrogation: 2d (5d)
Intimidation: 2d (5d)
Melee Weapon (Cuestick): 3d (5d)
Perception: 2d (9d + 1wd)
Performance (Saxophone): 2d (4d)
Ranged Weapon (Rifles): 2d (5d)
Ranged Weapon (Assault Rifle): 2d (5d)
Ranged Weapon (Pistol): 2d (5d)
Scrutiny: 2d (9d + 1wd)
Stability: 2d (5d + 2hd from Hyperskill)
Streetwise: 2d (7d)
Tactics: 3d (8d)
Powers (18)
Hyperstability 2hd (4 points)
Hyperperception 3d + 1 wd (7 points)
Hyperscrutiny 3d + 1wd (7 points)
(Note: hyper die are cheaper, because they can be disabled, just like any other power.
As for what "hd" and "wd" mean, the former stands for "Hard Die", which are always set to 10, while the latter stands for "Wiggle Die", which can be set after you roll.)

I will presume that, using the Atlases, you could do more, but I don't have those. If you do, let me know how you would change these trolls.
Wild Talents... I'm in love with the Progenitor setting for it and it's crazy thinking of it and Homestuck at the same time when they're so different. Most of the Wild Talents official settings are alternate histories, hyperfocused on real-world issues and events. Homestuck cares the least about real history of any story I've ever read, even the ones where Earth doesn't exist. The world gets blown up and basically nobody cares, because the only real things outside the beta kids' houses are B-movies. There's no culture outside white American suburbia, no races besides the black people on movies and TV. It's fascinating.
Might post some Mutants and Masterminds builds later to make up for that tangent...
Yeah, no argument on that - it is very silly to combine something as far from the real world as Homestuck with Wild Talents, although I primarily choose it for the ability to emulate super powers in it rather than anything else.
I do think Fabula Ultima is a pretty good choice for this both mechanically and thematically, since it plays fast and loose with what you can do as well as is about emulating JRPGs, which are a part of the DNA that makes up Homestuck.
