first things first people dont seem to get the absolute truthfulness the arc between hella jeff and sweet bro and how Geromy (sometimes stylized as geromy) effects the brofullness of the relationship people just say that he is here for diversity but no he is so impossibly intertwined with the story that without him the whole narrative falls apart at the seems you may be asking "but arent you more important? as the author?" not even i am more important then the narrative connection between hella jeff sweet bro and geromy sbahj finds a way to live in every dimension universe and timeline even if it seems impossible sbahj will live

It's important to note that SBaHJ were invented as a commentary on the gamer bro webcomic culture that was popular at the time, as opposed to the current culture of webcomics mostly being popular with furries and gay people. Hella Jeff's insistence that the hot dog/jelly experiment has to be the result of some kind of drug (most likely marijuana)does not make him the relatable party. It's a critique of how stagnant the culture can be; where any new idea is chalked up to illicit drugs in a quick and "witty" attempt to shut down the conversation.

If you've ever had those little hot dogs in a sauce served out of your aunt's slow cooker, there's a high chance jelly was involved. The sweetness and acidity go well with the fatty flavor of a premium pork roll. I'm not convinced regular grape jelly is the way to go myself. I'd want to try an orange marmalade or maybe apricot jam. But maybe Sweet Bro was beginning the testing process before Hella Jeff's mockery stopped him.

you are very close to being correct but swerved in the wrong direction near the end this specific comic is commentary on the futility of new ideas though sweet bro was on drugs (very likely marijuana) but with the way hella Jeff talks about it makes it sound like a bad thing this shows the stigma against ideas made whilst high but without high people thinking up wacky ideas many things wouldnt exist in todays world this comic still rings very true today but personally id say high wisdom can show true wisdom of a average dude and bro

though this being said i do not promote being high all the time this dilutes the true wisdom of bro-dom
