Sonic The Hedgehog is another thing I'm super into (and have been into for at least 23 years LOL), so I have more than a few Sonic OCs of my own, but I'd love to see what you came up with too!!

Iron Fists The Echidna:
Made sometime in 2009, Iron Fists was the main antagonist for a VERY long running Sonic Fancomic of mine (of which is nowhere available on the internet currently). He's a brother to Knuckles, and is the reincarnation of the God of Elements (as in, Earth, Fire, Water, Air), and is always trying to seize the chaos emeralds for vaguely unknown reasons.
Mutox the Mutant:
Mutox was made sometime in 2007 or 2008 but later brought back for the aforementioned Sonic comic of mine. Another antagonist, this one being a failed biological clone of Sonic that ended up instead becoming a shapeshifting slime monster.

I used to have a billion ocs and was staff in a sonic rp neopets guild but over the years I pretty much only really talk about one, who was my fursona for a while and made for a group of gemstone themed foxes on the popular sonic rp dream in Furcadia. She's gone through a lot of iterations some not even sonic. So here's a couple of sketches from a while ago of Amethyst. It doesn't make sense for her to have two tails in her current version but it feels wrong not to have 'em yaknow??

i had two sonic ocs (images for whom i don't have at the moment) but the gist was a lesbian raccoon inventor creates this robot to be her robot girlfriend (like in that one greek myth where the guy's statue comes to life), but when the robot is finished it gains sentience, is like "i'm a man actually" and then they're stuck in that awkward position where you bring something to life to do a certain thing and it doesn't want to do that but they still have to like, live with you because what else are they going to do. i didn't do much with them but if there was to be a story with them it'd be like an episodic roommate sitcom.
