i kinda love they didn't announce the date with much fanfare lol. like, silksong is coming out in two weeks. really? huh. crazy,

at last, a release date..... believers would pray for these times

I feel people overblow the development time for Silksong because of how freakishly fast Hollow Knight was made. The six years it's taken Silksong aren't that much having in mind the scope and size of the development team. It's gonna make the internet unusable for a week when it comes out, though

I really hope it's not been made easier to be more accessible. I want it to be hard, like, exceeding Hollow Knight's difficulty a lot of the time. Hornet has all kinds of new movement and combat options from what the trailers show, and I hope the game that's been designed around them won't feel easier because of all the mechanics. Where more abilities means harder challenges.

i need embedding links feature sooner than later. anyway it’s totally reasonable for like the four main people to take this long on a game they admit to be bigger in scale and ambition than hollow knight was. when things can be a work of passion and lack of financial or time-crunch stress, it makes a better game.

i have a whole other essay to write on my thoughts about how difficult the game should/will be but it will come when i am not sitting in the million degree sun

new yuri will drop in 2 weeks . im not enough of a god gamer to play silksong i think (still haven't beat hollow knight) i hope i take six years to make something that'd be fun

i guess in next days i will be rewatching some of mossbag's videos to refresh my memory and see how many of mossbag's guesses abt silk and songs will come true.

I haven't finished my hollow knight 4th pantheon run so I hope theres gonna be another boss rush mode in silksong I love seeing peoples speed runs and I want to see if I can actually beat the whole thing in its entirety this time
