You don't know where this is going.
The dark worlds in Deltarune are formed by the locations in the light world they're created at. These carry not just the setting and shape of the Darkners, but also what's happening in the light world and the fountain's creator perception. Chapter 2 sees a major traffic jam in both light and dark worlds. TV World houses several of Kris's insecurities ranging from their split loyalties and fear of betraying their friends to how desperate they are for Asriel to come back home so they can be together just like old times.
Even some of the Darkners are reflecting off of light world counterparts. Queen is an unchallenged despot who has high hopes and dark plans for Noelle. Despite having the opposite personality of Noelle's mom, Carol Holiday, the MOs line up like a zipper. In one route, Noelle learns to stand up for herself and say no to Queen. In the other, somebody utilizes her to a greater degree than Carol ever could and takes her for themselves. But we're getting off-topic.
Let's look at Chapter 1 real quick. Susie, the bully, is more than happy to brute force her way through Card Kingdom. And then she runs into Lancer; the evil king's son. Between Lancer's desire to be a bad guy, his complete ineptitude at it, and not being afraid of Susie, she warms up to the prince eventually forming a strong friendship. But who does Lancer reflect off of? Well his dad, King, is the king at the end of the chapter who refuses to resolve things peacefully. He shares a lot of the traits with Undertale's version of Asgore at the very least. So we're looking for one of Asgore's kids, who likes posturing as being evil, but is way too sweet to actually pull it off.
If Kris and Lancer are parallels, this explains a few minor things. Lancer's evil laugh "Ho ho ho!" can be heard in the light world. Specifically, at the Holiday's house with those santas that Kris hates. They'd view that mechanical mockery as a truly evil sound. But for the killing blow. If we know that King is Asgore, and Lancer is Kris, it should be easy to identify Rouxls. An ineffective blusterer who is on good terms with Asgore, and has overseen enough of Kris's childhood to be their "lesser dad." Yes. I am formally accusing Rouxls Kaard of being an inversion of Rudy Holiday.
While you're here, I'll rehash a different theory I have where Rudy's the one setting that fire in Chapter 5. He's jealous because Asgore has become the man of the Holiday house while Rudy's in the hospital. And he can't get back at Asgore by going after Toriel, since she's not that keen on him (See: Rouxls attempts to suck up to bosses and subsequent rejections).
Magic is FAKE AS SHIT/FUCKING REAL
