Given that they’re not stated in the rules, it doesn’t seem that there are any. You can probably get 4S S1LLY 4S YOU W4NT, unless a ruling is made otherwise. I wonder if I should come up with a quirk…
Currently no rules on typing quirks! Go wild! Legibility is optional depending on how much you want to be understood by the layman I guess /shrug
Not sure what you mean by translations, currently the website is only planned to support english
