Updates about homestuck merch not comming

IS ANYONE ELSE NOT GETTING ANY UPDATTES AT ALL ABOUT THEIR MERCH BOUGHT ON THE OFFICIAL HOMESTUCK MERCH WEBSITE

(I bought the scalemate shorts not too long ago but now the website is down and ive had NO updates about where my order is and it said it would come 12th - 19th of december!!!)
