Username, Description & Signature Not Updating

Hey all, coming back to the forums for the first time in a while. I've been trying to update my username, description & signature but whenever I type in the changes and hit the "Edit Profile" button, a notification saying "Updating Profile..." pops up, immediately followed and covered up by an error notification. Any help is appreciated!
