The log between Dave and Tavros at page 1099 was one of my favorite pages on my first reading. Utter nonsense of totally-ironic homoerotic overtones that's a tad problematic. In other words, a perfect encapsulation of Homestuck at that point.
Not sure if its the funniest moment for me (I need to reread the comic) but I liked it when Arquiussprite was created and metal ponies showed up and neighed and Gamzee cried while Dirk was blank faced the whole time I rewatched that video a bunch of times back in June. I thought it was really funny

I always thought the part where Aranea thought Roxy was calling her a whore was funny. It's not that crazy of a joke, but it made me laugh regardless. I also just think a lot of Roxy's moments are hilarious.
