Whats Meulins deal?

Meulin is, apparently, a character with hidden depths, and we know that a lot of what Aranea says is... untrustworthy, to say the least, as she is unaware of Kurloz and his ever growing cult of Lord English. So: if Vriska is right, what the fuck is Meulins DEAL?
