What's the most obscure piece of Homestuck info/lore that you know?

the most obscure fact i know (which is in fact not obscure at all) is that in one page of trickster mode jane, the word caucasian has been replaced by peachy due to controversy

trolls cant eat onions??? i think i remember seeing that in a fanfic once but i didnt think it was canon?? onions only get mentioned once in homestuck when dave is being made into a soup and terezi said it would be delicious. op please elaborate

Karkat likes eating chocolate, specifically some kind of chocolate shaped like a beetle or bug. I think they mention him eating these multiple times in the Epilogues and I always wanted to try them as well. I imagined it to be like those chocolate easter bunny's but bug shaped lol.

Uhhh, I know some things regarding someone who was important to homestuck (but to my knowledge has not been active for several years) that I do not wish to state unless absolutely necessary because it would start a lot of drama, and I don't want to look back on that situation. So uhh, I'm gonna say i know of the weird fanventure by the person who made the midnight crew??? I dunno, most of my obscure homestuck knowledge is tied up in stuff I really don't like thinking about.

one I can give is that had all the trolls survived Dave would've made moves towards equius over karkat and I think about it often I forgot where I read that but I know its a p obscure fact

tempted to spread misinformation but i can't think of anything . i'm more knowledgeable about obscure fanwork lore than anything

Hussie saying Gamzee was the only cis person or only cishet in Homestuck. It's from their old tumblr and no idea if it got archived.

The structure for the chumhandles/trolltags finds its ancestry in the nomenclature for three doll robots, in the unfinished Hussie novel Wizardy Herbert.

The three dolls are named:

- vociFerris

- sonoGraham

- fociDott

The face on Terezi's Caegar is Venus -- Julius's family claimed her as an ancestor for clout and minted coins in her image

generally forgotten by the fandom at large but not really obscure and is low-hanging fruit for ancestorheads: the first ship was a bit about the disciple and the signless' relationship but it was also their actual sailing boat called the First Ship

Obscure because it stopped mattering after we left inventory shenanigans behind — it is actually possible to merge items from two different captchalogue cards in the Sylladex, causing them to occupy a single card and freeing up inventory space in the process. (> John: Combine the nails and hammer.).

The limits of how many items may be crammed onto a single card like this are presently not known, but it is known that trying to merge items from cards that aren’t adjacent to each other causes the items in all the cards between them to also get swept up in the merger — which can make for a very unpleasant mess.
